1. Purpose
We make videos, images and voices with AI for our own marketing and for clients. This policy sets the controls we use so that every piece can be traced back to how it was made, and so that nobody's face or voice is used without their permission.
2. Real people: consent first
- 1.We use a real person's face, body or voice only with that person's written consent, given for the specific project (for client work, inside the signed agreement or a separate signed consent).
- 2.A real person's likeness is uploaded only to platforms that verify identity and do not train on customer data (for example BytePlus real-person verification). We never upload it to a virtual-avatar or “fictional character” library.
- 3.We never clone a person's voice without their written request.
- 4.We do not create content showing public figures, politicians or celebrities, or anyone who has not consented.
- 5.Children: no real child's likeness without a parent's written consent.
3. Fictional (virtual) characters
- 1.Created from text prompts, or from our own earlier fictional images, never from a photo of a real person.
- 2.The prompt says “original fictional person, not resembling any celebrity”, and we reject any output that looks like a known person.
- 3.No third-party logos, trademarks or brand marks; these are removed before use.
4. Traceability (evidence we keep)
For every character and every delivered video we keep, for at least 3 years after delivery:
- •the generation scripts and prompts, the model name and version, and the date;
- •the API usage logs (including how many input images were used);
- •the input images and each intermediate version;
- •the client's written approvals and consent documents.
These are kept in the project's records and are backed up.
5. Labelling
- •Every preview leaves our hands with a visible “AI-generated” or company watermark.
- •We keep the platform's own watermark or provenance metadata where the platform adds it, and we never strip a provenance mark in order to pass content off as real footage.
- •Final deliveries carry a credit stating that the content was made with AI, unless the client's contract says otherwise and the content cannot mislead anyone about a real event or person.
6. What we will not make
- •Content that deceives people about real events.
- •Content that impersonates a real person or organisation.
- •Sexual content.
- •Content targeting a private individual.
- •Political persuasion using synthetic people.
- •Anything unlawful in India, the client's country or the platform's country.
7. Incident response (misuse or complaint)
- 1.Report: anyone can report misuse to admin@nexinfinitymeta.ai. We acknowledge within 24 hours.
- 2.Contain (within 24 hours): pull the content from our channels, ask the client and platforms to take it down, and suspend the related assets (including virtual-avatar or real-person asset groups).
- 3.Investigate (within 3 working days): check the evidence in section 4, establish what happened, and inform the affected person.
- 4.Notify: tell the AI platform concerned (e.g. BytePlus) and, where the law requires it, the authorities.
- 5.Fix and record: correct the process, update this policy, and log the incident with dates and actions.
8. Review
The Director reviews this policy every six months and whenever a platform or the law changes.
