From the brief to what shipped
The challenge
The Sangam had started the app with a part-time team from their own network, against a launch date fixed to a community event — and the deadline exposed the arrangement: reassurances right up to the event, patchy responses, and work that wasn't up to the mark. The event passed without a launch. They decided this needed a company working on it dedicatedly, and approached us. The platform itself had to connect members across regions — news, cultural heritage, matrimony and jobs — while remaining accessible to users of all ages.
Our solution
Planned to the association's budget, we built a feature-rich Flutter application with real-time updates, push notifications, phone OTP authentication, multi-language support (Tamil & English), dedicated sections for matrimony and jobs, and an intuitive UI that caters to users of all technical backgrounds. After launch they extended it one feature at a time — each addition landed, and its success won us the website and admin portal next.
