Pushpa Online Tuition teaches students one-to-one, live, from Year 2 to A-Level, across the UK, Cambridge, UAE, Swiss and German curricula — sold to parents abroad who want a teacher their child keeps, not a rota.

The brief named the things the service actually does differently: a fixed teacher for every subject, the right to change a tutor you are not happy with, classes scheduled around the student, progress that parents can see, and a free demo lesson before any commitment. Two of those — the fixed teacher and the change-your-tutor promise — are not even on the client's website, and they are the strongest things it has, so each got its own cut.

The film is nine cuts in sixty seconds. A presenter who does not exist delivers the three on-camera lines herself, lip-synced; her voice was cloned so the same voice carries the off-camera narration. The lesson, the three tutors and the mother-and-daughter progress scene were generated around her, and the curricula and offer cards were built as graphics so the client can change a number without a re-shoot.

• A presenter cast from a generated still and held across three on-camera cuts

• One cloned voice for every line, on camera and off

• Three distinct tutors for Maths, Science and English — a fixed teacher per subject, shown

• English captions and supers burnt in for silent autoplay

• The client's real logo as a corner watermark, and their end card with contact details

• Two editions: 16:9 for YouTube, and a 9:16 reframed cut by cut with its graphics rebuilt for the phone

The challenge

A small tuition service cannot book a studio, a presenter and a crew for a one-minute promo, and stock footage would show a generic classroom — the opposite of "one teacher, one student". The film also had to say things the website does not, and say them in a way a parent abroad believes in sixty seconds.

Our solution

We wrote a nine-cut script around the client's promises, cast a presenter from a generated still, cloned her voice from her own first take and generated every scene around her, then finished the film by hand: captions typeset, the client's real logo and contact details composited from their artwork, and the offer and curricula cards rendered as editable graphics. The vertical edition was reframed cut by cut with its graphics rebuilt at phone size rather than cropped from the widescreen master.

What shipped

  1. A sixty-second promo delivered in two days, with no shoot day

  2. Nine cuts, one presenter, one voice — held consistent throughout

  3. The two promises missing from the client's website given their own cuts

  4. Captions, supers, watermark and end card composited by hand from the client's artwork

  5. Two editions from one build: landscape for YouTube, vertical for reels

  6. Offer and curricula cards editable without re-shooting a frame
