SOUTH FLORIDA UROLOGY NEWS

2026
South Florida Urology News is a specialised health information portal focused on urologic cancer education, serving patients and families across the South Florida community. We built a clean, trustworthy news platform that curates research updates, treatment breakthroughs, and clinical insights across six urologic cancer specialties — and connects readers with the region's leading specialists through a searchable directory. The editorial team runs the entire front page themselves through a custom admin panel. Key features include: • An admin-customisable hero — editors pick the featured lead story and the ranked "Top Stories", and reorder the homepage sections, with no developer needed • A live "Latest news" feed of evidence-based, specialist-reviewed articles, plus a dedicated Latest News page to browse the full archive • Six condition hubs — prostate, kidney, bladder, testicular, ureteral, and penile cancer • A directory of featured urologists with credentials, specialties, and expertise profiles • Highlights for advanced techniques — robotic surgery, HIFU, focal therapy • Calm blue/teal healthcare design built for readability and trust

The Challenge

The brief began as an AI-search strategy: the group wanted their doctors visible where search is moving — inside AI answers — and asked for a focused news site about their specialists, built for answer-engine (AEO) visibility. Health content lives or dies on credibility, so it had to feel authoritative and calm for anxious patients — and the editorial team needed full control of what's featured, without waiting on a developer.

Our Solution

We took it from brief to live in 3–4 days, admin portal included: an institutional-grade news experience where editors choose the featured lead story, rank the Top Stories, reorder the homepage sections, and publish to a live latest-news feed — all without touching code. Clear condition hubs per cancer type, a structured specialist directory, and a dedicated Latest News page round it out, in a clean healthcare palette with accessibility-minded typography.

The Results

  • Brief to live in 3–4 days — including the full admin portal
  • Admin-customisable hero — editors choose the featured story, rank Top Stories, and reorder sections themselves
  • Live latest-news feed plus a dedicated Latest News page for the full archive
  • Curated coverage across six urologic cancer specialties
  • Searchable directory of featured urologist profiles with credentials and expertise
  • The client immediately commissioned two further platforms on the strength of this delivery
