SPECTRUM CONFERENCE · TOWERS MARKETING GROUP — MIAMI, USA
SPECTRUM is a multidisciplinary interventional-oncology conference — four days of expert-led lectures, tumour boards, case presentations and hands-on workshops at the JW Marriott Miami (January 14–17, 2027), accredited for continuing medical education.
Their existing website no longer matched the standing of an internationally-faculty-led meeting. We rebuilt it from the ground up into a fast, fully prerendered Next.js platform with a bespoke editorial design language — "The Spectrum Record" — where light disperses once in the hero and the spectrum is then rationed as a fine accent through an otherwise calm, journal-of-record layout.
Highlights include:
• A cinematic video cover cut from the conference's own footage, with a live countdown and add-to-calendar
• A searchable faculty contributor index of all 91 invited speakers — every portrait self-hosted, each click-through to a full biography
• Registration rate card, a four-day agenda, abstracts, scholarship, venue and exhibitor sections
• Full dark and light themes that follow the visitor's system preference, with a one-tap toggle — the entire site is designed and verified in both
• Compliance built into the code: accredited-CME credit language and commercial-supporter logos are handled by locked components, so they can never render where the accreditation rules forbid
• A complete share, SEO and structured-data layer (Event schema, per-page canonicals, sitemap, 301 redirects) — migration-ready for the client's own domain
SPECTRUM came to us after a previous vendor had stopped responding properly, leaving work below the standard an internationally-faculty-led CME meeting requires — a real risk when medical-education content carries strict accreditation rules (ACCME / AMA) that a site must never break. What they wanted was not a one-off rebuild but one reliable partner for the long term, so they would never be back in this position again.
Having already seen our delivery across this client network — GPH Journals, South Florida Urology News, and the Abbhi Foundation and Global Cancer Care Foundation platforms — they asked us to take SPECTRUM on as a long-term engagement. We rebuilt it on Next.js with a bespoke "journal of record" design system: a cinematic video cover, a searchable 91-person faculty index with full biographies, and clear sections for registration, agenda, abstracts, scholarship and venue. Accreditation and commercial-supporter rules are enforced in code via locked components, and the site ships with a full SEO / structured-data layer, self-hosted assets and 301 redirects so it can cut over to the client's own domain without breaking a link.
